You will complete the warmup before every workout. This warmup will only take you about five minutes to complete.
Knee hugs- Five each leg (10 total)
lunge and reach- four each leg (8 total)
Quad stretch- four each leg (8 total)
Hamstring stretch- hold for 20 seconds twice
Big arm circles- 10 forward and 10 backwards
Wall arm stretch- hold for twenty seconds twice with each arm
Arm stretch behind your head- hold for twenty seconds twice
walkout pushup into cobra- Hold for ten seconds twice
High knee- 20 seconds
