This workout is completely done while in a chair. It consists of 10 exercises with each being completed for forty seconds with a ten second rest before moving onto the next exercise.
The exercises are in the following order:
1- knees to toes
2- crossovers
3- touch heels
4- side taps
5- Straight jabs
6- knee ups
7- straight leg raise
8- across jabs
9- jacks
10- jog
